How to Integrate a Custom GPT into WhatsApp

1. Create Your Custom GPT
   Start by creating a custom GPT on the ChatGPT platform. Add specific instructions, context, and knowledge-based files to tailor the AI to your business. This setup ensures your chatbot has the relevant information for customer interactions.

2. Sign Up on Chatbase
   Visit Chatbase and sign up. This no-code platform allows easy integration of GPTs into various platforms like WhatsApp. Once signed up, create a new chatbot and upload your knowledge base in formats such as PDF, TXT, or plain text.

3. Add Custom Prompts
   Go to the AI Settings tab on Chatbase and add your custom prompt. This is the core instruction for your AI’s behavior. You can include the AI's role (e.g., customer service agent), tasks, and specific examples. Set the model (e.g., GPT-4) and adjust the temperature based on how creative you want the responses to be.

4. Customize Chat Interface
